Ditch the diets

Quiet the food noise

Are you tired of trying fad diet after fad diet? Do you feel confused by the mountain of nutrition information out there? Do you struggle with what to feed yourself and your family?

I would like to help with that.

The approach

Using the principles of Intuitive Eating, I would like to help you cut through the nutrition noise out there and get back to basics:

  • Listening to our bodies cues

  • Nourishing our bodies with balanced nutrition and movement

  • Setting a good example for our families about what a neutral relationship with food and our body can look like

I offer 1:1 virtual nutrition therapy sessions to residents in Arkansas and Texas.

I can’t wait to start this journey with you.

  • The first step in working together is to schedule a free discovery call, during which we will discuss generally what you are hoping to achieve. The next step, if we decide that I am the right fit for your needs, is to schedule your first appointment. During the initial assessment, we will go in depth over your relevant medical and nutrition history, and begin to create a game plan together. You decide how frequently you would like to meet for followup. I offer appointments as single visits or in 6 month subscriptions.

  • I am an out of network provider, meaning that I cannot accept insurance. You can find more information about services and prices here.

Payment plans are available, and I can provide a superbill, upon request, to give to your insurance company for reimbursement.*

Contact your insurance company to confirm that they will accept the superbill, and what other documentation they might need.

  • Intuitive eating is not a weight loss program. While some people may experience weight changes as they adopt intuitive eating habits, the focus is on improving your relationship with food and your body, rather than on achieving a specific weight or size.

I deeply empathize with individuals who are hoping to achieve weight loss. We live in a society that values and praises thinness and excludes, demonizes, and discriminates against fatness. When we work together, we will not focus on a specific (potentially unrealistic) number, and instead focus on improving behaviors.
